An established international distributions company based in Bury is currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their Finance Department due to internal promotion.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the whole credit control section and you will be required to attend weekly debtors meetings with management. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual who has one eye on career development.
You will be an experienced credit controller, you will be expected to make your own decisions, resolve issues and take ownership, and therefore you need to be able to demonstrate these core skills with your experience which you have already gained.
The ideal individual will:
-Have dealt with and reduced the aged debtors report
-Have experience of payment negotiation
-Be looking for a challenging role
-Be professional & career minded
- Have experience of Kerridge or Sage
