We are currently recruiting for a number of Credit Controllers to join our prestigious Leicester based client on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a world renowned company during a period of vast expansion. We are looking for candidates with experience in Credit Control, Finance, Accounts or similar to join the business on a 3 month contract. Salary circa £16,000 pro rata. Immediate interviews and starts are available for suitable candidates.
Job Role;
- To focus on collecting monies owed to the company by liaising with customers and negotiating effective payment plans
- Deal with inbound calls from customer to resolve their payment issues and make outbound calls to proactively collect overdue payments
- Manage a portfolio of customers, build relationships and assist with their needs whilst negotiating a way forward with their payment
- Liaise with internal colleagues and external partners to resolve customer queries
- Liaise with customers/external partners via telephone, e-mail and letter
- Record all information and payment queries on the in-house systems
Ideal candidates will have;
- Previous experience working in a credit control role
- An excellent telephone manner and good customer service skills
- A resilient nature with the ability to deal with difficult circumstances and sensitive situations
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good IT knowledge
- Excellent time management skills are required to manager your own portfolio of work
