Our client is seeking a credit controller on a temporary basis to join their finance team and support the function at a very busy time. The role will be full time based on a 37.5 hour week , worked over 5 day’s Monday to Friday with an hour lunch.
You will need an excellent track record in the following:
- chasing overdue accounts via telephone and letter
- dealing with issues causing non-payment such as credit note queries
- handling billing/delivery disputes and solving them whilst protecting current business
- writing reports using Excel.
The successful candidate will have a firm but fair attitude, and be mindful of customer retention and longer term relationship building with customers.
This role is to start immediately.
