Job Description
Excellent stand alone role:
Sole responsibility for collection of outstanding debts, banking, cash allocation
Averaging 50 calls per day at peak times for 500 live accounts; outstanding debt of £1.5 million
Processing small claims applications, where necessary
Resolving queries with customers
Credit checking new accounts via Creditsafe
Bank reconciliations
Processing the whole aspect of sales ledger
Assisting with finance-related tasks as required
