Job Description
My client based in kingswinford is looking to engage an experienced credit controller on a temporary to permanent basis. The role will be full time based on a 37.5 hour week , worked over 5 day’s Monday to Friday with an hour lunch. The duties to include-
Responsible for chasing allocated accounts and to maintain targets set, there fore a confident telephone manner is required.
Deal with incoming queries from customers i.e billing/ contract queries, copy invoices, Statements etc
Action call hold reports
Monthly statements to be sent to allocated accounts
Maintain customer Records with necessary amendments
open and check credit accounts
