You will be responsible for reviewing the accounts and collecting the debt for approximately 300 live accounts ranging from sole traders to limited companies.
You key tasks will include:
• Allocation of cash received
• Issuing customer account statements
• Settle account queries
• Preparing credits for authorisation
• Review customer credit reports
• Setting up new accounts • Placing and reviewing accounts on hold
• Reviewing account credit limits
