CREDIT CONTROLLER - £15K
We are looking to recruit a Credit Controller to work for our client based in York. This is a permanent position.
Credit Control Duties
· Chase overdue accounts by phone
· Monitor stop supplies
· Dealing with incoming calls resulting from chase letters
· Opening Mail & distributing cheques & bacs remittances
· Posting & allocating the chq & bacs payments to customer accounts
· Picking up customer bacs payments from the bank statements
· Log branch bankings & cash sales
· Identify missing bankings from summary reports
· Updating bad debt analysis
· Balancing sales ledger
· Creating new customer accounts, once they have been authorised, onto accounts software
· At month end balance all cash & discounts within the accounts control procedures
