- Credit control for your own set of accounts
- Chasing payments via telephone, fax and mail
- Negotiate payment terms
- Raising debit/credit notes
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Maintain client relations
- Ad hoc accounts administration duties
