Credit Control / Account Manager

Due to significant internal changes within the business we are looking to appoint an experienced Credit Control / Accounts Manager on a temp to perm basis

Reporting to the Credit Control Supervisor and working as part of a team the role will include;

- credit control by telephone, letter and email

- query management and resolution - building and maintaining strong client relationships

- daily cash posting

- update of company and client records

- manage the invoice and credit note process

- prepare reports on overdue accounts

- ad hoc duties and projects as needed

This is a varied and exciting role that would suit a professional and experienced Credit Controller / Account Manager
