*Acting as a key intermediary between broker and client to retrieve monies owed.
*Delivering statement of accounts for brokers/intermediaries
*Responsible for the collection of client monies and minimise aged debt
*Liaise with brokers regarding outstanding payments.
*Establishing and developing relationships with brokers and clients
*Use of in-house system for updating information and accessing the
*Lloyds Accounts Enquiry System to progress customer queries
The ideal candidate will need:
*2 years+ experience in Credit control/sales ledger from an Insurance and/or financial services background.
*Knowledge of bespoke Insurance and/or Lloyds of London Enquiry system advantageous, however training will be given
*Confident inter-personal skills for dealing with external and counterparty communication
*Proficient IT and systems competency
