Job Description
Reed Education are currently looking for Cover Supervisors to cover supply for our clients in the Birmingham, Coventry and Worcester area.
Applicants must be qualified to degree level (or equivalent) and have a min 6 months experience supporting 11-18 year olds.
Reed are a recruitment agency who have been operating for over 40 years. The education branch in Birmingham have been operating for over ten of those years and are well established in the local area. We have built relationships with a number of Secondary schools and are always looking to grow our pool of teaching staff.
Duties :
Supervise pupils in lessons
Liaise with Heads of Department and Line manager as required
Explain cover work to pupils
Help pupils with the organisation of materials and their work
Collect in work or comply with any special instructions requested by the usual
teacher
Deliver orderly lessons with a formal start and dismissal in line with school policy
and procedures
Adhere to the school behaviour policy
