My client is leading global provider of risk management and human resources solutions. They are looking for a qualified actuary to head up the benefits/ pension/ retirement segment. You will be in charge of new business development, large client engagements delivering and practice growing. As a country leader, You will work with clients to solve the costs, risks and complexity of employee benefit and provide enterprise- wide strategies and comprehensive benefit/ retirement system design. You will also manage the team's P&L and work closely with the Asia Pacific senior management to ensure the practice achieve the regional objectives.

Requirements:
Ideally, you are from a consulting background with success and profound knowledge in pension/ benefits/ retirement system design and management. You are a qualified actuary with deep understanding of accounting, quantifying and funding the pension program. Strong leadership and great business development skills are significant advantages.
