- Analyse and report on spending within manufacturing cost centres including consumables usage
- Analyse and report on manufacturing variances including Work Order Variances (Material Usage Variances), Purchase Price Variance, Absorption Volume Variance and Cost Improvements.
- Manage monthly cycle counting procedure with operations and report on accuracy levels
- Analyse and report on inventory movements, purchases, usage, distressed inventory and provisions.
- Calculate the value of Standard Cost of Production (SCOP) (factory throughput) on a monthly basis.
