Our client, a full service accountancy practice based in Central London has a rare opportunity for an ambitious Senior Corporate Tax Specialist with property experience to assist the corporate tax partner.  The firm which is a member of a global association of over 100 local independent accounting and consulting firms has ten partners and has a busy and growing tax department. The firm offers the opportunity to develop in the role and has a bonus scheme.

Working closely with the Corporate Tax Partner, up to half of your time will be spent supporting a client which owns and manages a large property portfolio.  The remainder of the time will be spent working with and advising a diverse range of SME clients on corporate tax matters.

Your background and experience will be primarily on corporation tax; however you will also be familiar with other taxes such as capital gains tax, property etc. and how they interact.  A good understanding of audit, company secretarial, accounts preparation and general accountancy are also required.  Ideally you will have a top 50 background have a degree and be ICAEW/ACCA and/or CTA/ATT qualified.  Naturally you will possess excellent presentation, documentation and communication skills and will act as an ambassador to the firm.
