This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Tax Boutique, led by some of the leading Tax Advisors in the country.

Our client is a specialist in providing advice on transactional tax matters and remuneration structures for both individuals and corporate clients.

By way of background, their technical Director heads up a R&D division, creating tax structures which they then distribute through a significant network of introducers, accountants, solicitors, finance professionals, property professionals

Our client is now looking to add to their team with two additional technical team members.

They envisage that you will both have the majority of the following skills and attributes in drives, and anticipate that one will be more senior than the other, probably down to experience or the prevalence of leadership skills. The senior team member will report to and work closely with the Partner to develop and deliver new tax strategies, and will manage their existing CTA, the other new team member, and the workflow.

Our client is looking for individuals with significant experience in tax advice; compliance accountancy experience is not what they are looking for as they are not accountants.

You need to be well versed in tax legislation and preferably experienced in the analysis and provision of advice on "tax schemes".

There is every prospect of a seat on the board and profit sharing in time if you can clearly demonstrate an ability to make things happen and be directly responsible for the delivery of fee income from referrals.
