CORPORATE SOLICITOR - WEST MIDLANDS

The Firm Our client is a leading firm, first established in 1845 and now employing over 1200 people in offices around the country. They are a full service law firm and invest time in order to build good working relationships with clients. They provide a responsive and friendly service whilst maintaining quality and value for money.

The Role We now have an exciting opportunity for a NQ-2 years` PQE Solicitor to join the Corporate department in the West Midlands. The existing team includes in excess of 70 lawyers across the country and advises leading listed companies, local and national clients and private equity houses. The role will involve advising clients on a variety of issues including compliance issues, sales and purchases, re-organisations, management buy-outs and buy-ins, joint ventures and equity investments.

About You You must be a qualified Solicitor with up to 2 years` PQE. You will have excellent academics. You must have post-qualification experience within a Corporate department, ideally within a leading City, regional or national practice. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have excellent client care skills.
