Digital Account Manager

Salary: £35k + 20% bonus

A communications and public affairs consultancy based in London.

• The team devises and implements communication and public affairs strategies across specialist areas, including strategic communications for major global brands, reputation and issues management, crisis communications and both proactive and reactive media relations.
• Web and social media solutions for major brand clients.
• Specialising in online reputation management and digital campaigning, services offered range from websites to apps, social media to SEO.
• Experience and skills in digital communications.

Our digital clients include Major global brands, Campaign groups, Major NGO’s and Governments.

The role

• Experienced Account Managers to work across corporate and public affairs accounts.
• Managing multiple major brand accounts and projects, leading on the delivery of online reputation and website build projects
• Taking ownership for tactical implementation of a major drinks brand account; develop and participate in new business marketing; and manage a team.

The ideal candidate

• Experienced corporate PR with a passion for digital evidenced by high-profile clients and delivery of digital campaigns.
• Ideally 3+ years experience of online and social media experience, search, analytics, including strategy through hands-on campaign development and performance analysis.
• You will have exceptional problem-resolution skills, including the ability to think creatively and prioritise multiple assignments in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
