Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented paralegal to join this leading international law firm to further their career within the legal field. Reporting directly to Partners and Associates within the Corporate department. You will be assisting them on IPO projects, M&A transactions, conducting legal and non-legal research, assisting with due diligence, translating legal documents, drafting legal documents, and assisting on some ad hoc projects.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a Degree holder in Law or related disciplines and with at least 2 years of legal assistant/ paralegal experience within law firms. Previous experience in International law firm or sizable law firm will be highly regarded. You must have excellent spoken and written English and Chinese language skills, including Mandarin and you need to be familiar with Hong Kong listing rules and IPO procedures. My client is looking for someone who is self-motivated, with strong organisational and problem-solving skills. You must be determined and able to perform well under high pressure.
