Job Description
Reporting to senior partners within the corporate team, responsible for drafting and reviewing a variety of agreements, including mergers and acquisitions agreements, shareholder agreements, joint-venture agreements, and other commercial contracts.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years' post qualification experience gained in corporate transactions related matters. You must be Hong Kong qualified and have strong M&A experience. You are required to have good English and Chinese language skills, including Mandarin.
