A niche Corporate Finance and Accountancy firm based in Norwich is seeking to expand their team with an additional ACA/ACCA qualified accountant. The team works closely together to provide a high calibre service to a wide range of clients. Acting as " trusted advisers" providing insight into the commercial aspects of businesses as well as financial services.
The role will be varied mix of general accounting duties (about 25%) and Corporate Finance / Advisory work including:
- Analysing potential acquisitions for clients
- Researching and providing comprehensive reports on company performances
- Providing realistic company valuation and advice on acquisitions and disposals
- Undertaking rigorous due diligence analysis
- Supporting clients in MBO and MBI
Candidates must be fully qualified ACA/ACCA with current experience within a professional practice environment. Keen to be part of a focused team, and taking pride in providing the best service required by the client. The firm has a strong presence in the local area, and attracts clients from across the UK.
