Experienced Corporate Finance Bankers (Investment Bank boutique)

Capital Partners Advisers and Capital Partners Securities (the Investment Banking arm of Capital Partners Group "CPG") is looking for proactive and experienced Corporate Finance Investment Bankers who have worked with other large and/or boutique Investment Banks.

CPG has also a pre-Venture Capital arm and a Wealth Management arm and it is FSA regulated with offices in Europe, Asia and the US.

CPG's Investment Banking arm can conduct Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) as it is currently member of a number of international Stock Exchanges and can act as Sponsor/Corporate Adviser in NYSE Euronext Alternext, PLUS Markets, GXG Markets, Sharemark, Spain-X and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (through its affiliate firm in China) among other leading stock exchanges. It is also developing its M&A offering across several sectors and regions.

The ideal candidate will be a bright and ambitious individual, coming from a reputable University/School, who has worked previously in the Corporate Finance department conducting Private Placements, Mergers & Acquisitions, IPOs and other financial transactions.
