Corporate Finance Associate Director (Lead Advisory)
Location: Gatwick
Salary: £55,000 - £85,000

An Associate Director plays a key role in marketing events, leads business development initiatives and is active in winning new client work, negotiating and closing sales opportunities and managing client relationships
 
Responsibilities:
 
Take responsibility and ownership of client relationships at a higher level in the client's business, both in terms of scale of organisation and typically at Board level
Responsible for managing many complex client relationships
Manage client assignments that are sizable in both to scope and scale
Advise on deal structuring and any strategic input clients may require
Undertake deal leader role on larger assignments
Handle larger transactions with no supervision
Review final drafts of IM and BP, ensuring broader market issues are included

Skills:

ACA / ACCA / CF Qualification
The candidate should have worked in a deal origination role, ideally in the financial services sector
Experience in corporate finance functions of accountancy firms or banks
