This is a fantastic opportunity with a leading UK Product Provider. You will be responsible for developing strategic business relationships with key business partners, manage the implementation of the resulting development plans and deliver agreed revenue and profit targets
Requirements of the Role
To identify new key business partner opportunities on a proactive basis and develop strategic business relationships with them aligned to strategy and operating plan.
To be an ambassador for the business and operate at all levels up to board levels with key business partners.
To lead the commercial analysis of new partner opportunities and make recommended decisions on behalf of the business.
To lead aspects of business tender submissions liaising with other key areas of the business.
To develop and lead business development plans with key business partners, including targeted sales and marketing activity aligned to the life SBU business plan.
To identify and deliver up selling opportunities for introducing additional life, pensions and investment products and services to key business partners.
To identify and deliver opportunities for sales and marketing activities and the resultant generation of qualified leads for conversion.
To manage and control budget.
Experience
You must have a track record of success in Business Development and marketing within a financial Services selling environment, ideally focussed in B2B B2B2C markets.
Proven communication expertise including effective negotiation skills and the ability to liaise at a cross functional level.
