Corporate Coordinator / Administrator in Milton Keynes

A Corporate Coordinator / Administrator is sought to join this property management company in Milton Keynes to provide support to the portfolio teams in respect of some 5,000 properties under management.

The aim of the role is to provide an excellent level of customer service to tenants whilst complying with client budgets and operating within the landlord / tenant framework.

This company has a strong track record in residential and commercial property management managing around 20,000 properties nationwide for a wide range of investors and corporate clients.

ROLE: Corporate Coordinator / Administrator
LOCATION: Milton Keynes
SALARY: £16.5k - £18k dependant on experience

The Corporate Coordinator / Administrator will be responsible for the following:
-Taking maintenance calls, and acting accordingly to ensure complete customer satisfaction
-Assisting the letting process to minimise voids and maximise rents
-Processing insurance claims and approving invoices
-Liaising with tenants, letting agents, contractors, clients and the client accounting team
-Handling complaints and referring to a line manager where necessary
-Handling data and information to ensure tenants' accounts are maintained accurately

The ideal Corporate Coordinator / Administrator will possess the following skills and attributes:
-GCSE standard English and Maths
-Substantial experience in an administration or customer service role
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-A good knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Any experience of residential property management would be advantageous
