About the role
You’ll distribute and manage the work amongst the team to ensure that all claims are handled in a cost-effective manner in accordance with the group guidelines, to ensure a first-class customer experience. You should be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to motivate, develop and coach your team. You’ll also need to display sound judgement as you oversee complaints or breaches, and possess good organisation and prioritisation skills, both personally and for your team.
About you
You’ll have five GCSE’s of Grade C or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English Language and previous experience of leading and motivating a team. You should also hold the Advanced Diploma in Insurance, although suitably experienced candidates with significant progress towards this may be considered.
