Our client is seeking a very professional and pro active sales candidate
Your aim will be to develop sales from our existing customer base and prospective accounts in a manner that is self funding and transparent. This will be achieved through proactive involvement with customers via outbound calls.
Method – The Outbound Sales Agent will be provided with a portfolio of dormant and prospective accounts from which they will be expected to build relationships and grow sales.
The account portfolio will comprise of 150-200 accounts. These will be taken from our list of lapsed Corporate customers (no activity > 18 months) and from non-active members of the NWUPC\CPC and police lists initially.
The Account portfolio will be held in Salesforce which will be our primary CRM tool.
The Sales Agent will work through and qualify the Accounts, selecting accounts to manage and having the opportunity to move accounts to a “dead” pool and to update the account list. This will be a controlled process and any account movement will be authorised by the Sales Director.
Excellent Phone skills with the ability to make outbound calls to prospective customers
