Conveyancing Services Team Leader
We have a great opportunity for a Team Leader to join a leading housing association providing high quality, affordable homes across South London and Kent. The main focus of the Team Leader will be to ensure that the Conveyancing Services team are able to meet the high standards of customer satisfaction set by the organisation.
Candidates for the Conveyancing Services Team Leader will need:
- Experience from a housing, financial or legal service background
- Experience leading a team
- A forward thinking attitude and a focus on continuous service improvement
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and motivating an experienced staff team
- Administering a range of schemes including Right to Buy, Right to Acquire and Social Homebuy
- Managing relationships with a range of parties, including solicitors, mortgage lenders, financial advisors and customers
- Designing, reviewing and improving policies, procedures and customer information
- Representing the team and organisation with external clients
