Contracts Manager - Commercial Cleaning

We are a well established, cleaning company based in Croydon, that provide contracted cleaning services to the South East and London regions. Due to our continued growth, we now require an experienced,  Contracts Manager to support the team, who has proven experience within the cleaning industry. 

Their role will be offering support to the Operations Manager, dealing with client requests and focusing on managing the cleaners/site supervisors at site ,mainly in the evening and early morning;.

The successful candidate will be required to have:

Full valid driving license
Proven experience of managing a team of cleaners and site supervisors
Detailed knowledge of cleaning methods and Deep cleans 
Proven experience in managing multiple sites
Ability to build relationships with key customers

Speak fluent English
An understanding of current Health and Safety issues 
IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel  or ability to develop such skills

A clean CRB record
Experience in dealing with cleaner's time sheets for payroll

Recent employment references must be available on request
