Job Description
Responsibilities
Reporting to the top management, the position will research vendor capabilities and deliverables, identify pool of reliable vendors and suppliers, conduct and negotiate contract, tender and bulk purchase to obtain the best mix of price and quality. You will oversee contracts delays, variations, warranties and coordinate with different parties. You will also advise senior management on trends, legal, cost, and contractual matters, and to monitor standards and processes to comply with contractual principles.
Requirements
To be qualified, you should have 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with min 5 years in senior managerial level. You should possess relevant education and qualifications in related disciplines, strong leadership, excellent technical knowledge, and multi-tasking skills. You will manage multiple projects from concept to completion, on luxurious hotels and mixed-used development projects. Frequent travel and excellent English and Chinese skills are required.
