They currently have an opportunity for a Contracts & Compliance Manager to be responsible for contractual analysis, management and implementation of contracts, tenders and to manage the Healthcare compliance process in accordance to strict deadlines.
This role will closely support the Sales team members to enable a fast and successful closure of all approved customer contracts and tenders. To be responsible to fully manage the administrative activities of commercial proposition and legal proposal for all UK company contract tender management.
Contracts & Tenders
•Provide support to Tenders as part of the Commercial Team from pre qualifying questionnaires to submission
•Manage Sales contracts activity also ensuring recording, monitoring and completion at a professional standard
•Provide and support Sales Teams with quotations as requested
•Process requests for product trials and Free of Charge products
•Run periodical revenue report in line with Customers agreements and all the reports that may be required
•Support internal pricing processes by producing accurate and substantiated Customer background aimed to support Management decision process
•Run monthly contract reports to support Finance month end process and internal ad hoc requests
•Process all Capital Sales orders ensuring operational and financial aspects are delivered in a timely and professional manner.
•Build close working relationships in the commercial area to optimise the business process
•Ensure all practise meets internal and external legal compliance in all processes relating to negotiation and contract management whilst maintaining best practise.
Health Care Compliance Process
•Train required personnel who interact with all related contacts in the process and requirements
•Monitor and evaluate training given, provide refresher training as appropriate
•Assign a Reference number to the request and updating standard spreadsheet with all details
•Documentation filed within Folders on the Sales Admin Drive
•Produce Agreement in line with guidelines of the company Interactions with Health Care Professionals Policy
•Raise the Agreement letter and emailing to the requester
•Raise PO when all approvals are obtained and confirm details to Customers
•Update all relevant HCC tracking documents.

•3rd Party Educational Conferences
•Arrangements with Consultants
Ideal candidates will have previous experience of working within commercial/tender/bid team/ contract environments.
Demonstrable NHS Tender experience would be useful.
Experience of working with large key account customers including proactive involvement within meetings and experience of working within a Sales team.
Experience of compliance protocols and understanding of the NHS framework
