Contracts Administrator - Godalming - up to £21,000

 We are currently looking to recruit a Contracts Administrator for our offices in Godalming. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective allocation of resource to the contractual workload ensuring full compliance to individual client requirements.  In addition responsibility for the timely and accurate processing of all administrative tasks which support the efficient workings of the operational team. The hours of work are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

The key responsibilities for the Contracts Administrator will include:

  •  Day to day management and scheduling of the Engineer work force via accurate utilization of the allocation planning system to ensure the effective servicing of contractual requirements
  • Full responsibility for the ongoing management and administration of reactive calls including ensuring the client is kept up to date on all current situations and responses
  • Timely updating of all documentation to support the job costing and invoicing process
  • Raising order numbers for engineers and subcontractors where necessary.
  • Liaison with other departments to achieve a timely resolution to finance/timesheet queries
  • To utilise the companies IT systems and client web based systems where necessary, ensuring that these are maintained in an accurate and up to date manner
  • Regular and accurate reporting as required by the client.
  • Processing all engineers requests for Holidays, via the recognised office procedures
  • Support the general administrative requirements of the operations team

 The successful Contracts Administrative will have:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient IT skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Supportive / proactive  team player
