Confident and a keen drive to Excel?
We are currently recruiting an experienced Team Leader with sales and customer services experience to work within a busy contact centre in Chelmsford.
Working in a busy contact centre, you will leading a team of sales and customer services professionals and be expected to be hands on with your approach.
In order to be successfully shortlisted for this opportunity you must demonstrate:
Previous Team Management Experience
Previous Contact Centre experience highly desirable
A good Sales Background / Account Management
Strong Customer Services Focus
Good knowledge of KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) and SLA's (Service Level Agreements)
The role is based aroung 40 hrs a week covering 8am-8pm & Sat on a rota basis.
£Sal negotiable + monthly bonus.
Our Client will only consider candidates who are within a commutable distance (30miles) of Chelmsford. Should you be located outside of this area, please clearly provide details of your relocation package within your application.
