Contact Centre Agent - Fluent French

Our highly prestigious Folkestone based client is seeking French Speakers. You will be the first point of contact to all customers and are expected to deal with 60 - 100 calls per day. The main role of a Contact Centre is to maximise revenue from customer enquiries by effective handling of those Agent enquiries in a customer focussed team environment ensuring customer retention.

You will be working 5 out of 7 days, on a 37.5 hour week. Contact centre opening times M-F 08.00 - 19.00 and Weekends 08.00 -17.30.

Salary will be £7.23 per hour for your training period which lasts approx 12 weeks. Then after successfully completing your training probation period it will rise to £18,650 per annum.

Skills and Attributes
Previous Sales experience
Good understanding of sale techniques and processes such as closing the sale, cross selling, up-selling, understanding identifying/acting on sales opportunities, overcoming objections to the sale and closing on buying signals.
You will need to have a high level of Customer service
To be flexible in your duties

Follow all processes and procedures of the department and company
Work towards company, departmental, team and individual targets
Handling inbound, outbound and customer facing communication
Good communicator/listening/questioning skills
Numerate, literate and computer skills
Fluent in both written and spoken English and French
Own transport ideal due to location
