Have you had sales experience preferably business to business within recruitment, high end call centre or maybe you are a graduate who would like to progress in being in control of your earnings?

We have an opportunity within a well respected and corporate company based in Birmingham working in their modern open planned offices.

The role is telephone based but you will have full support in all areas of Business Development and Administration, along with second to none training over a 12 week period.

The organisation is privately owned and offers exceptional commission for hard work and loyalty hence staff turnover is very low. They are however, increasing their client base - which is global and have opportunity to grow this successful business.

Therefore I am looking to talk to professional, hard working and driven individuals who have an exceptional telephone manner.

Salary is based on experience, the minimum basic is from £18,000.

Realistic OTE at this level will be in the region of £30,000 minimum.

Experienced consultants can be looking at a realistic figure of over £100,000 OTE
