CONCESSION MANAGER- FASHION/ACCESSORIES – KNIGHTSBRIDGE
Salary up to £22,000 + bonus + package
Prospective management opportunity open with a renowned retailer whose presence within the industry is continuously of growth - especially in today’s challenging market.
As a Concession Manager your responsibilities will include:
Driving & motivating the team towards delivering excellent sales results
Managing staff, recruitment and all other staff issues.
Training, development and motivation of staff.
Over see the stock levels and order stock as an when needed
Staff rota, P&L, staff reviews
Liaising with head office and area management.
Job Description
The successful candidate for this role will have :
A proven track record in retail management within a stand alone or department store environment.
Have had previous industry experience within the fashion/accessories sector.
Have exceptional 1-2-1 customer service experience (ESSENTIAL!)
Be smartly presented, be professional and MUST lead by example at all times
