Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a Compliance Specialist with FSA and/or Property Compliance experience to join a growing business based in Hampshire, near Farnham. The role, assisting the Head of Business Compliance, will be providing supervisory and oversight on business compliance issues and risks and will require the incumbent to build relationships across the business and will undertake regular reviews to ensure adherence to policies, procedures and regulations. To apply for this role candidates must have extensive Compliance experience from an internal controls and risk perspective. Experience would ideally be within an FSA regulated business (Insurance or Property Investment would be the ideal businesses) and candidates must be able to speak on level terms to non-technical individuals. This is a great opportunity to mentor a small team and take on the compliance responsibility for a region and small group of companies.
