We are currently working on behalf of a well known insurance brokerage that are looking for a Compliance Officer to join their team based in Wakefield

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required

  • Good knowledge of General Insurance (Insurance Broking) products and services.
  • Experience of working within a regulated environment.
  • Positive attitude and a Practical approach towards Compliance.
  • Outgoing and persuasive with a Self-motivated attitude & ability to work without close supervision.
  • Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Able to build and manage key internal relationships whilst prioritising and managing a varied workload to tight deadlines
  • High standards of integrity.
  • Generally IT literate, with experience of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Mobile and holding a full driving licence.

In return this role is offering a salary between £30,000 and £40,000 per annum
