 We have an incredibly diverse, talented and committed team of people whose focus is squarely on working together to keep critical applications running 24 hours a day, so that our Clients can focus on building success in their own field.  Due to our continued success and growth we are looking to recruit an additional person to join our Compliance team.  Reporting to the Compliance Manager you will be responsible for providing competent administrative support to the Security & Compliance Department.  Your highly organised administration skills coupled your keen eye for detail preferably from within a highly process driven IT organisation will give you the opportunity to join an already highly successful environment and expand your knowledge around industry standards and best practice methodologies.  Additional responsibilities will be:

·         To provide an efficient and accurate Asset Management service to Attenda

 ·         To assist and provide administrative support within the various Management Systems, including Information security, Quality & IT service management etc.

 ·         Coordinate and assist in the running of  internal audits, providing feedback, writing up reports and identifying non-conformances & observations

 ·         Actively work towards becoming a qualified internal auditor

·         Ownership for the internal Document Management System

  • ·         Strong and highly methodical administrator ideally with a basic understanding of the audit and asset functionality within an organisation.

  • ·         You will have advanced Microsoft Office skills, be highly adept at reporting and have demonstrable experience of your attention to detail and your ability to analyse and resolve problems.

  • ·         Organised and methodical approach to work and able to deliver against targets and deadlines

  • ·         Basic understanding of the audit and compliance function within a company

  • ·         Competent in producing accurate and concise reports, including processes and flowcharts

  • ·         Experienced and confident communicator to all levels within the company

  • ·         Have an investigative nature and an interest in undertaking auditor training

  • ·         Clean UK driving licence and own vehicle (for occaision local use.
