My client is a market leader on a global platform with rapid expansion plans across the APAC region and is currently seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to support with the growing needs of the business.
Job Description
This is an individual contributor role to manage the compensation & benefits function for the business across the APAC, Europe and MENA regions. You will be responsible for all related activities including, salary benchmarking, benefits administration, policy implementation and review, developing frameworks, budgeting and ensuring that the business remains competitive within the market. You will also be required work closely with business leaders to understand the needs of the business, provide strategic solutions and ensure that the objectives of the business are met.
Person Specification
As the successful candidate you will have gained at least 5 years of Comp & Bens experience with strong country specific knowledge. You will be highly numerate with a keen eye for detail and be technically savvy. You will take a very proactive and hands on approach and have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of business.
