Company Accountant (Part time) - Plymouth - ref: OW1938 - £17K - £22K - Permanent
My client is currently seeking a Company Accountant to join them on a part time, permanent basis. They are expanding and are now able to bring this function in house to their office in central Plymouth. The role is being offered on a part-time basis, although there may be scope for further hours if the company continues to grow at the anticipated rate. The salary will depend on experience, but will have a full time equivalent to £17,000 to £22,000.
The Company Accountant will report directly into the Director and will be responsible for:
* Profit and Loss accounts
* Monthly cashflow analysis
* VAT returns
* General Bookkeeping duties
* On-going project and ad hoc work
The successful candidate is likely to be:
* AAT qualified
* Experienced in a similar sized organisation
* IT literate in particular with Sage and Excel
* Experience of Foreign Exchange would be beneficial
