Company Accountant / Finance Manager

Our client is a dynamic services company with a high profile client base and ambitious future plans for growth. Due to the continued expansion they now seek a Finance Manager who is to play a key role within the business.

You will be an experienced accountant with a proven track record of working within successful SME's. You will report to the MD (who is a Qualified Accountant) and take sole responsibility for all aspects of the finance function.

This is a challenging role, offering variety and lots of autonomy and will suit an ambitious individual, who is self motivated and is keen to add real value to the future development of the company.

At present the main duties will include the following:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Management reporting and analysis work
• Quarterly VAT returns
• General bookkeeping
• Daily banking and cash flow forecasts

This position probably best suits a newly qualified ACCA/CIMA Accountant or commercially minded QBE with strong technical skills.

The working hours are 9-5.30 and company offer 24 days holiday, on-site parking and exciting future career prospects.
