Community Team Supervisor- Chard Area

Somerset Care are looking for a Community Team Supervisor to join their team in the Chard area.

Do you have the self-motivation and excellent communication skills to manage a team of Care and Support Workers in the Chard area, covering Chard, Langport, Crewkerne, Ilminster and surrounding areas?  If so, and you have supervisory, care and customer care experience, you could be the person we are looking for. Own transport is required and NVQ Level 2 in care or equivalent is essential.
