Community Services Manager- Wiltshire

Somerset Care are looking to recruit a Community Services Manager in the Wiltshire area.

We are looking for dynamic individual who can actively engage with commissioners and stakeholders, build and lead innovative practice, direct specialist teams (including an Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist), promote choice, manage signposting and advisory services, maximise client independence and customer inclusion.  Governance of the service and regulatory/contractual compliance are also key components.

Essential elements required are:

• Qualified to NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in Health and Social Care
• Experience as a Registered Manager of Care and/or support services
• Experience of embedding new projects/contracts
• A demonstrated ability to meet business and financial KPIs
