Commerical Manager

Speedy Services is the UK’s leading service provider offering equipment for both hire and sales and associated services to construction, infrastructure, industrial and related industries.

We now have an opportunity for a Commercial Manager, preferably based in the North West, but in any case, willing to travel.  You will be reporting to the Operations Director of Speedy Managed Services.  This division of Speedy is responsible for providing re-hire to our customers, using the assets and services of audited strategic partners and approved suppliers.  As Commercial Manager you will be required to identify opportunities to engage with suppliers to meet customer demands.  You will also be required to support and advise the Managed Services team and operating businesses on all commercial issues.  Regular auditing and reporting on key partners and suppliers is key to this role, as well as looking at business processes and internal reporting.  You will also be expected to negotiate, prepare and agree supplier agreements, including rates and SLA’s.

With experience at a similar level, you will have strong Commercial acumen, as well as Supply Chain experience.   We are looking for proven ability to deliver results, someone who can work as part of a team as well as being adaptable and high levels of accuracy.
