Job Description
You will be required to:
- To review allocated cases and deliver underwriting decisions, following agreed processes at the designated authority level and with the necessary senior direction and support, in order to secure profitable business within the agreed risk appetite.
- Identify non-standard or complex cases and escalate to more qualified colleagues to ensure they are handled appropriately.
- Support more qualified colleagues in the handling of non-standard cases.
- Contribute to the production of new policy wordings or reviews of existing policy wordings to ensure policy documentation is current and accurate.
- Proactively identify and pursue up-selling (add-ons) and cross-selling opportunities. - Manage customer expectations in order to achieve overall customer service proposition.
- Deliver the relevant brand promise to customers in order to meet defined customer service proposition.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints within own authority limit.
- Maintain good working relationships internally in order to support the end-to-end delivery of customer proposition.
