Commercial Support Manager - Gloucester

Our client, a leading IT and Cloud Technology Provider, is looking for a Commercial Support Manager to join their team. Working within this fast paced and progressive company, you will primarily be responsible for supporting managing and developing the Sales Support and Credit Control functions to ensure an excellent customer experience is provided throughout the commercial relationship.

Principally you will be required to:-

  • Develop and implement the service improvement plan
  • Manage a team of both regional and central resources
  • Work closely with sales and product development teams
  • Analyse key measures to ensure success for the team
  • Act as point of escalation for any issues
  • Lead any change in process or procedure and remain compliant with any such changes
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to Sales Support Team Leader and Credit Control Supervisor

Suitable candidates will:-

  • Have experience of working in a management role within a B2B environment
  • Have experience of driving change and process improvement
  • Have a demonstrable commercial acumen
  • Be highly organised and motivated
  • Have a very proactive attitude
  • Be very Customer Service focused
  • Have experience of staff development
  • Have excellent communication and prioritisation skills
  • Have an excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Have experience of working within an administrative support role with the IT industry

Ideal candidates will also be qualified in accountancy or QBE and have experience within a credit control function.
