EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITHIN A RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY IS ESSENTIAL.

With offices in both Sydney and Perth, this business are looking to expand in to South East Asia next year, and potentially across Australia.

Our client recruits in to the Financial Services industry and favour from some excellent, long standing relationships within the banking market. They also supply staff to commercial companies, focussing on Oil and Gas, Engineering, Media and PR organisations. The idea is to organically grow and the Business Support desk has seen considerable success since starting last year. Companies such as this one, thrive in a downturn, due to their consistent relationships and loyal clients. Leveraging off such senior business affiliations, the Business Support division is thriving and needs 1-2 more experienced B/S recruiters to assist in increasing their market share.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

1. Working closely with a Senior Recruitment Consultant to develop business across existing and new clients
2. Registering and building a solid network of Business Support candidates
3. Placing both temporary and permanent candidates in to roles
4. Attending regular client meetings to win new business and manage existing accounts
5. Face to face interviews of candidates and nurturing relationships
6. Carrying out relevant administration relating to your role
