Commercial Management Accountant

Our client, a fast growing, international recruitment business, is seeking a Management Accountant in a newly created role.

Reporting to the Financial Controller and managing an Assistant Management Accountant, this hands on, commercial role will include:

• Preparation and development of monthly accounts including all balance sheet reconciliations
• Improving the quality of management information
• Investigating variances against budgets and providing analysis of differences
• Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets
• Assisting in the preparation of cashflow forecasts
• Involvement with all non-sales support functions including property, legal and IT
• Leading and developing the Assistant MA
• Preparation for the year end audit
• Managing the invoice discounting facility
• Ad hoc analysis and project work

Candidates will be part qualified ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) and graduate calibre with a minimum of 18 months experience within the recruitment sector.
