COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR - DERBYSHIRE

The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our clients` Legal 500 Commended team in the East Midlands. The successful candidate will be managing a mixed caseload of Commercial Litigation including property, contractual and company disputes. In addition to this the role holder will assist Senior Fee Earners on complex matters and play an active role in business development opportunities.

About You You must be a qualified Solicitor with up to 3 years` PQE in high quality commercial litigation matters. You will be a motivated team player and able to build close working relationships with clients and colleagues. You will have an excellent academic record and good IT skills inclusive of MS Office applications. You must be proactive in your management of matters with minimal supervision. You will have excellent networking and client development skills.
