COMMERCIAL INSURANCE DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Clark James Insurance Recruitment are a leading specialist recruiter within Insurance and Financial Services.

We currently have an excellent opportunity in the Watford area with a very prestigious and well know specialist commercial broker and the chance to be a part of a brand new team that is being assembled.

The basic salary will be £32,000 to £40,000 per annum plus serious commission earning potential.

We are looking for motivated, hungry and proven new business Commercial Account Executives / Development Execs who have a successful history and track record in procuring and developing new business and clients.

If you have any business to bring over with you either immediately or after covenant this would be an advantage, however this will not be a necessity as long as you can demonstrate the product knowledge, sales skills and desire to maximise your earnings and add significant value to the business by growing the book.

A very healthy basic salary will be on offer plus fantastic earning potential with commission based on new business bought in. This salary is above average for the role demonstrating the desire for the very best candidate. Commission will be paid at 10% above a threshold.

You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of developing business within an Insurance capacity, your application will not be progressed if you do not have the relevant Insurance experience.

It will not be a necessity to report to the office every day so due to the nature of this role we are happy to consider candidates living some way from Watford.
